Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our fashion products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item showing the issue


We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a store credit. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.


Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items or discounted items

• Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

• Digital products


Cancellations & Order Changes


We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order is final and cannot be modified.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Baddies Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier.
